This form is to be completed by current and former staff who believe they have not received their transport allowance (known as GTRP) for their qualifying shifts.
The transport allowance is provided for clause 33.5 of the KiwiRail and RMTU collective agreement.
If you have already submitted a claim, no further action is required.
If you believe you have not received the transport allowance for qualifying shifts, please submit a claim.
Please note: Former employees who left KiwiRail before 2 August 2015 are not eligible for remediation.
